What are your delivery timeframes and charges?
Delivery options we offer -
- Standard delivery (Rs. 300) - Islandwide delivery in 3-5 working days
Can I get the order early
If you require next day delivery and live within Colombo 1-15 and suburbs then you can select Next Day Delivery Service at an additional cost. (Note : This service is available only on working days)
Can I get my item delivered on a specific date
Please get in touch with our team for special requests and our team will do their best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that orders within Colombo can be arranged according to your request. However, orders placed outside Colombo will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Order tracking
Our courier partner will either SMS or email you the tracking number once dispatched.
Where do we deliver?
We are one of the few brands to provide an islandwide delivery service. However please note that some orders may get delayed due to the prevailing travel restrictions in the country.
What happens when my order gets delayed?
We apologise for any delays, we work hard to make sure the delivery times are met. Due to the current restictions If you can please message us your contact number or please contact us on +94 70 140 6060.
What if I'm not in when the parcel arrives?
Our courier partner will contact you and will SMS you prior to making the delivery.
Where is my order sent from?
All products are manufactured and shipped from Sri lanka.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently provide international shipping to only Australia, we will be rolling this out to other countries shortly.
What are your international delivery timeframes?
We use UPS for all international deliveries. Product delivery takes 10 - 12 days from the date of order.
Can I track my international order?
Yes, we will share your tracking number via email.
