I want to return an item I purchased
Kindly refer to the below points:
- Returns have to be made within 14 days from receiving the order.
- Product must be unworn and with the original tags.
- Please contact us with yout details, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item and have it sent back to us.
- The refund will be made once the product is received and conducting a quality check.
- Card orders will be refunded to the same account.
- For cash on Delivery orders, will be refunded via bank transfer
Can I exchange or return clearance sale items?
All items purchased during the clearance sale are final sale.
Clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
This is only for gifts purchased through the online store
Kindly refer to the below points:
- Please get in touch with our team and give them the order number.
- Return within 14 days from the delivery date will be accepted.
- Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn and in the original tags unremoved.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Yes, we accept product exchange.
Once the availability is confirmed, we will dispatch the desired product through our courier service, along with an empty bag. Customers are required to place the item intended for exchange inside the provided bag and collect the replacement simultaneously. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the delivery charge of Rs. 300 associated with this process.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Depending on your mode of payment, the refund will be made accordingly.
A bank transfer will be done within 7-14 working days for any cash on delivery payments.
For card payments the bank will take 7-14 working days to process the payment.
I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, how does that work?

What if my product is damaged?
We sincerely apologize for the damaged product.
Please share the images of the damaged products to this number +94 70 140 6060.
Once we confirm that the product is damaged our represantives will collect your order within the next 3-5 working days and another product will be sent free of charge.
How long does it take for me to get an item exchanged?
Please allow a grace period of 2 working days for our team to verify the availability of the suggested item and it will take 3-5 working days to get delivered once dispatched
